IRISH Red is on!
Good Morning, I must say I have sure enjoyed the weather these past few days, but even though our snowpack is higher than average, I’ll always welcome more moisture. Plus, spring is coming! Speaking of spring, it’s officially three days after St. Patrick’s Day. We’re so excited about it, we’re releasing our Irish Red today. Of course, we’ll save plenty to have on tap tomorrow as well. Along with the Irish Red, Kristy will have some special things in store. Rosati’s is offering 20% off any food ordered from and delivered to our taproom – ask your server how to get the discount. And that’s not all, Cultivate Kitchen has a special menu for tomorrow as well: Lucky Leprechaun Pretzels with Green Beer Cheese Sauce (pretzels will have edible glitter on them as well) Reuben Flatbreads made with Rye Spent Grains Pesto Flatbread with Spinach Grasshopper Pie Mousse Cups Kristy and I will both be at the taproom tomorrow to celebrate the day when everyone’s Irish! All of us here at Crystal Springs are very excited about our 13th Anniversary celebration the week of May 8-13, 2023. Our plans continue to evolve, but we’ve decided to release some of your favorites from the past. On Thirsty Thursdays starting April 13th, we plan to release one of these beers each week until the celebration – when we’ll have all of them on tap and more! If everything comes together, we will also have special celebrations at the Louisville and Sunshine Canyon breweries. More on that later. In addition we’ll have a special anniversary glass and other merchandize. More on that later as well. The Colorado Brewers Guild Collaboration Fest is coming soon, March 25th at the Westin Westminster. We’ll be pouring our two collaboration beers that day – Purple Feet Ale, a mulberry blonde and FYK IPA, a thiolized yeast grapefruit IPA. Our brewers, Colin and I will be there. Join us if you can. More information here. The last week of March is going to be crazy! In our taproom (604 Main Street, Louisville, CO) we’ll be releasing our two collaboration beers and a new hazy IPA – a beer a day for all but 4 of days that week. The Sunshine Canyon Brewery remodel is coming along nicely. While it has been a lot of work, it also has been very rewarding, nostalgic, and exciting. We are so looking forward to it being fully operational. Did you know you can get our beer along the Front Range from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and at Jack’s Bar in Copper Mountain and Crosscut Pizzeria and Taphouse in Nederland? Check out our Beer Finder page. We’re working to add more accounts in the mountains and down to Pueblo. If you know of any place that doesn’t offer our beers and you’d like them to, please let me know or email [email protected]. We hope to see you in the taproom today for Thirsty Thursday (nothing like enjoying a cold beer in a nice and cozy taproom on a cold, almost spring day) and tomorrow to celebrate the luck of the Irish. Cheers, Tom |
